Terms & Guidelines

Please review the following terms and guidelines before placing an order with Deep's Delights. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Ordering

• Our minimum catering order serves 24 guests.
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due before the event date.
• We recommend placing your order at least 14 days in advance to guarantee availability, especially for styled setup packages.
• Orders can be placed through our Build Your Own Package form, Mains Packages form, or by contacting us directly.

Recommended Quantities

For appetizer and dessert orders (Build Your Own Package), we recommend 3-4 appetizers and 2-3 desserts per guest, depending on your budget and event style. Our mains packages include full meal service with curries, rice, naan, sides, and condiments.

Special Requests & Customization

We're happy to work with you on customizations. Please share any preferences, dietary needs, or special requests during the ordering process and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Delivery & Pickup

• Free pickup is available from our Calgary NE kitchen.
• Delivery is available across Calgary and surrounding areas for an additional fee, discussed at the time of booking.
• Styled setup packages include delivery.

Ingredient Substitutions

In certain circumstances, we may need to substitute specific ingredients based on availability. Any substitutions will be of equal or superior quality to maintain the taste and standard of our food.

Seasonal Variations

Our commitment to using fresh, seasonal ingredients means that flavors and textures may vary slightly throughout the year. This ensures you always receive the highest quality.

Presentation

While we make every effort to replicate the presentation shown in our photos, the final product may have minor variations in appearance. The taste and quality will always meet our standards.

Food Handling

• All items are intended to be consumed within 48 hours of delivery.
• Please refrigerate all items until one hour before serving.
• For best results, display items at room temperature or cooler.
• During delivery, slight shifts in presentation may occur. We take great care in packaging to ensure everything arrives in excellent condition.

Allergen Information

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies during the ordering process. We are happy to provide detailed ingredient information and accommodate your needs wherever possible.

Please be aware that all products are prepared in a facility that processes gluten, nuts, and meat products. While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit, as ingredients and preparation may have already begun. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
